Fleet Risk Mitigation Training

Do you need to start a comprehensive Fleet Risk Mitigation Program with your employees that includes driver safety?  The best and most efficient way is using a driving simulator. Now everyone can be tested using the same instructor(virtual), the same equipment, the same drive, same route, same grading criteria, to make sure everyone is graded quantitatively not subjectively. And testing can be done at any time of the day.  Grading and scoring can be printed and put into the employee's file for reference. These scores can be shared with safety staff, and insurance providers to show that you have an active risk-mitigation program for your employees.  Safety refreshers can be offered in night driving, risky situations, braking, etc.  We can also include modules on Distracted Driving and DWI (optional).
